How does Last Bottle work?
We offer one great wine at a huge discount until it sells out. Once it's gone, a new wine is posted. There is no subscription fee; you only pay for the wines you want.
What are your shipping rates and policies?
Shipping is free if you meet the minimum bottle count specified for each daily deal. Because we deal with perishable goods, we may hold shipments during extreme heat or cold to protect the wine's quality.
Can I return a wine if I don't like it?
Due to the nature of our business and state regulations, we cannot accept returns for wines that are not to your personal taste. However, if a bottle is corked or damaged during transit, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or credit.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically process within 2-5 business days. Once your wine leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that an adult signature (21+) is required for all deliveries.
What is 'Marathon' and when does it happen?
A Wine Marathon is a special event where we flip through hundreds of wines at high speed. These happen a few times a year and feature some of our best deals. All Marathon orders are held and shipped together to save on costs.
Do you ship to my state?
We ship to most states in the US, but due to complex liquor laws, there are some restrictions. You can check if your zip code is eligible during the checkout process.
